After all that play, a baby gets hungry

Ian wants to feed himself. Thus far he hasn't been too successful but it sure makes for some cute pictures and laughs!

La Biblioteca

Ian and I often go to the public library on Thursday's for Baby Bookworms. Baby Bookworms is a program for babies 0-24 months. Ian recently really started to enjoy the short 30 minute program. He loves seeing the other babies and the songs are great. He doesn't follow the reading of the book too well yet but this baby gets plenty of one-on-one reading time so I'm not worried.
Today, Marcelo took the morning off and went with us. What fun we had!

Ian y Yo vamos muchas semanas a la biblioteca publica de nuestro pueblo. Tienen una program que se llama "baby bookworms" por chicitos 0 a 24 meses. Hace poco Ian empezo a gustarlo mucho. Esta muy facienado con los otros bebes y las canciones. Hay demasiado actividad a prestar atencion cuando la maestra leye el libro pero no hay problema porque leyemos mucho en la casa.

Hoy Marcelo no trabajo en la manana entonces el fue con nosotros. Como nos divertio!

Ian really wants to sit up

Ian wants so badly to sit up. He's always trying to pull himself up to seated. He just can't get there yet. He really enjoyed when I sat him in his crib like a big boy, well a big boy who could see his elephants anyway!

Oh, como quiere sentar esta nino. El siempre esta atratando a sentar pero todavia no pude mover todo esta cuerpo en el mismo tiempo. El estaba muy feliz el otro dia cuando lo puse en la cuna sentada en la escina. Que divertido a ver los elefantes de un diferente visto.

I just wanted to show off this "cuteness." It's been raining a lot lately so we're getting to use this cute rain coat.

Solamente queria a mostrar ustedes el lindo que es esta gordo. Habia mucha lluvia en los ultima dias aqui pero esta bien porque el esta muy lindo en su campera de lluvia.

I'm 5 months old and I have a new favorite pastime

This baby loves to bounce! And bounce! And bounce! My ability to get things done has gone up 20% since installing our new living room fixture. Ian is always a happy baby but he's really happy in this new world of fun.

Esta gordo le encanta a hacer botar. Y bote! Y bote! Y bote! Mi productividad se subio unos 20% des de instellemos esta nuevo mueble en la sala. Ian esta siempre feliz pero ahora con su nuevo jugeta esta todavia mas feliz.

Hoy cumplio 5 meses!

Jugando con Papa

Ian and Marcelo equally enjoy their playtime. It's hard to get him to smile for the camera. Sometimes he is all smiles but then gets really serious when a camera comes in front of his face.

Los dos, Ian y Marcelo disfrutan mucho su tiempo jugando juntos. Es difisil a sacar una foto de Ian con sonrisa. Esta todo sonrisas y cuando vi la camera se pone muy serio. Pero esta dia tenia suerte.

It's SOOOO Hot

With all the cute clothes Ian has, here he is running around in the buff (well, almost). It's SOOO hot! He has about as much tollerence for heat as his daddy.

Con todo la ropa linda que tiene Ian, aqui esta jugando casi desnudo. Es TAN caliente ahora. El suporta el color equal que su papa!

My New Friend

What interaction!!! Ian's never reacted to another baby this much.

Mira esta interacion, fue Ian's primera vez a interactuar con otro bebe tanto.

"Hummm, I wonder if he feels like me! Maybe if I try hard enough I can get his hand in my mouth." said Ian

"El siente igual que yo? Quisas si uso mucho fuerca puedo morder su mano." Dijo Ian

Joaquin's another happy baby

Joaquin tambien es un bebe muy feliz.

Ian has a new friend, Joaquin. Joaquin and his mommy and daddy live in Virginia but they are Argentines and previously lived in Fayetteville.



Ian tiene un amigo nuevo, Joaquin. Joaquin y sus papas vivin en Virginia pero son argentinos y antes viven en Fayetteville con nosotros.
