First Marshmallo and Hot Dog Roast

It was also Ian's papi's first time to roast marshmallows and hot dogs.

As a whole, my family is usually rather health conscious and avoid putting cancer causing agents into out systems, but we threw that out the window in favor of a memory making night.

Thanksgiving in Benton

Ian ended up in this picture with Aunt Sidney's family because he rarely leaves Hayden's side.

The Burton Family

We don't have a single picture containing food, the most important part of Thanksgiving (oh wait, I mean the second most important part). I guess everyone was too hungry to think about pictures until afterwards.

Mommy's Race

I ran in a relay in the Tulsa Marathon in early November. Our team was "Mama Jog" with our one Grandfather! Luckily, my dad was willing to fill in when we lost a runner.
To my left in the photo is Aunt Erin, my sister.

Marcelo said he didn't know that you needed to train to watch a race. It was so tiring that Ian feel asleep on Marcelo's back.

"Go Mommy" and everyone else.
Ian putting Erin's metal around her neck.
Ian and his cousins were the best spectators at the Tulsa Marathon.

More Disney

Disney

We road different versions of this many times.

Ian's first trip to Disney World.....

Helmet and Lunch Box

Ian lovessss Papi's helmet. He also likes to walk around holding his lunch box.

These are pictures from early November. The helmet play is a daily occurrence.
I think it's safe to say he'll be very happy with the helmet he's getting for Christmas. We even found one that looks like Marcelo's.

This picture is just cute!

Halloween

Ian loved Halloween, almost as much as his Mama and Papa did. We had a party and most of the families came in family costumes. We were Snow White and two of the Seven Dwarfs. Ian's costume was really cute but he wasn't too keen on keeping the hat on and I couldn't get great pictures.

With our neighbors and very close friends who were scare crows. Marcelo always says this little girl is Ian's girlfriend. I think Ian agrees.

Ian with his godfather, in no costume...what a bad attitude, and a friend who was a lumberjack.

More October

Ian's first trip to a zoo. The Buenos Aires Zoo (in Argentina)

While Ian did love the elephants, bears, fish and other zoo animals the pigeons were really his favorite thing. Pigeons aren't really a part of the zoo, just a part of Buenos Aires.

Wow, these reptiles are great!

Like a little man.

Sleeping Beauty

October

It's supposed to be spring in Argentina in October, but it snowed. Ian loved it!

Aren't my new cousins cute?

Ramiro, Ian's 3 year old cousin, is explaining the important workings of Toy Story.

It looks like Ian knew something too, really he just likes to touch the screen.

We've been incredibly busy lately so I'm behind on just about everything, including posting pictures. No organization, but here are some pictures from October

lots of cute stuff in September

Early one morning, Ian wanted to carry his doll around in Mama's sling.

Just cute!

At Camila's birthday party with Mama and some of our friends.

My buddy Christian is good at hugs.
